Valrico Forest is an attractive, deed-restricted neighborhood in Valrico, Florida. Most homes are built on quarter-acre lots with a variety of design styles that provide a distinctive look to this friendly community. There are 87 homes built in 1996 or later, with the average home having four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. We have two entrances to our neighborhood along Miller Road at Citrus Wood Lane and Valrico Forest Drive.

Our community is perfect for families and those wanting space for family and friends to visit and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Mature trees and landscape line the curved roads, offering shade and natural beauty while out for a walk or bike ride. Valrico Forest is well-maintained in both the common areas and individual properties.

Nestled in the heart of Valrico, there’s easy access to a wide range of restaurants, shopping, banking, medical offices, and schools. We invite homeowners and guests to visit our website and our community to learn more about living in Valrico Forest HOA.
