HOA Meeting #1
Saturday, September 7th, 10 am at Citrus Wood Cul De Sac
Hello Neighbors! Two important meetings are posted at the community neighborhood sign regarding updates to our Covenants that are required by law. It's a process called Covenant Preservation. This is also the time the Board reviewed our Covenants with an Attorney to align them with current Laws and Regulations. Fortunately, there were only a few adjustments and a few things we felt better clarified existing language. In order to affirm the Preservation there will be two meetings to provide information, answer questions, and give everyone an opportunity to vote "yes" or "no" to each update. Voting is required and it will take a 2/3 approval on each item to pass them. 
  1. The first meeting will be on Sept 7 at 10am in the Citrus Wood Cul De Sac.
  2. The second meeting will be on Sept 10 at 6:30pm at the Havenwood Cul De Sac.
 
I have asked our property managers to place a QR code at the entrance of our community this week that you can scan and register with our Management company if you have not already. Being registered will allow you to receive an email link of the proposed Covenant updates when the attorney finishes finalizing the document in about a week. 
 
We want to get this information out to everyone so please share this with your neighbors. We want to answer everyone's questions and hold the meetings in a timely fashion to respect everyone's time. We look forward to seeing our neighbors there.
